Eric Solash

Founder & Chairman

In addition to launching Agile, Mr. Solash is currently the Head of Capital Markets for Victor Insurance Holdings, the global MGA subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Companies (NYSE: MMC), one of the world’s largest providers of risk services, management consulting, insurance, and reinsurance brokerage services.


Mr. Solash previously served as Managing Director and Alternative Funding Manager in General Electric’s Global Growth and Operations Division. He has traveled extensively throughout Asia and Latin America working with Institutional Investors, Global High Net Worth clients, and Family Offices on GE project financing initiatives totaling over $13.5bn. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Solash was Managing Director, Head of Insurance Investment Banking Group at Freeman & Co, LLC, a boutique investment bank focused entirely on the financial services industry where he ran the insurance investment banking division.

Manuel (Nandy) Serrano


Manuel Serrano has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining z9 Capital, Mr. Serrano was a representative for a large insurance company, a financial advisor affiliated with a wealth management company, and an independent advisor with a well-known broker-dealer. Mr. Serrano is registered to offer investment products and appointed to offer Life Insurance and Annuities in Florida. Nandy currently holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63 & 65 securities registration, and has earned the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS), Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.


In addition to the passion Mr. Serrano exhibits daily in his professional life, he also firmly believes in giving back to the community. Since 2000, Nandy has been involved with the Seminole Boosters, helping his Alma Mater provide assistance to student athletes. Additionally, Nandy is currently supporting the South Florida community through his active involvement with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Susan G. Komen, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Davie Ranch Foundation and the American Cancer Society – all causes near and dear to his heart.


Always having a love for sports, Mr. Serrano played collegiate baseball at his alma mater, Florida State University, and thereafter continued in professional sports as a member of the Anaheim Angels organization. Mr. Serrano also participated in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain as a part of the Puerto Rican Olympic baseball team. As a member of the same team, he won a Silver Medal in the 1991 Pan American games in Cuba.


Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Serrano passionately serves both the American and Hispanic communities with ease. He has enjoyed the South Florida lifestyle since 1993 and his greatest achievements to date are his two girls, Sydney and Savannah.

Michael Wolk

President & General Counsel

Michael Wolk is the General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer for, and a Co-founder of, Agile Private Wealth Group.


Mr. Wolk also is a managing partner of a boutique, Midtown Manhattan law firm - - with three decades of transactional expertise, both domestically and internationally, in the tax, estate planning, and life insurance sectors. Mr. Wolk’s law firm also enforces the legal rights of hedge funds, private equity firms, finance companies and real estate investment groups in a wide array of commercial litigation in both federal and state courts.

Mr. Wolk previously served as the President and General Counsel of The TAP Group, a commercial litigation finance company which was capitalized by the Elliott Management investment capital group.

Prior to launching the TAP Group, Mr. Wolk was a Founder, President and General Counsel for LifeSpring, a life insurance finance company specializing in the acquisition of high-value life insurance policies for the benefit of secondary market investors, such as the California Public Employees Retirement System. Mr. Wolk created a legally compliant, multi-state, trust-ownership platform and coordinated transactions with life insurance companies, life insurance agencies, investors and policyholders.

Mr. Wolk began his career as a commercial litigation associate at the Wall Street firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood, founded in 1838.

Will McDonough

Will McDonough is the Founder and CEO of iCash, and the inventor of the Proof of Trust Protocol technology. McDonough is an investor and entrepreneur whose storied career ranges from sports and entertainment management to the world of global finance over the past two decades.

In 2014, McDonough led the Initial Public Offering for Atlas Mara (ATMA:LSE) with Co-Founder and former Barclays CEO Bob Diamond, for a market cap of $825 million after acquiring eight banks in Sub-Saharan Africa. Today, Atlas Mara has more than 3,500 employees and is operated by former executives of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), Barclays, Standard Chartered and Ecobank. Prior to founding Atlas, McDonough and his team in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs managed more than $17 billion in private capital of the firm’s current and retired partners. Gary Cohn, former President of Goldman Sachs and former National Economic Council Director of the White House recruited and hired McDonough to this post. While at Goldman, McDonough co-founded the Goldman Sachs Builders & Innovators Summit, an industry-leading conference bringing together the top 100 entrepreneurs in the world every year. Prior to Goldman, McDonough partnered with Marc Lasry’s New York-based Avenue Capital Group to co-found a $250 million distressed debt fund called Avenue Strategic Partners. Since 2001, he has run his own highly successful management company called MMG, which has represented the licensing and partnerships interests of many high-profile individuals, iconic brands, and venerable estates including The Estate of Nelson Mandela, American Football’s New England Patriots Quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Tom Brady, and supermodel/activist Gisele Bündchen. MMG also co-founded a children’s entertainment company with Andy Heyward, Warren Buffett, Martha Stewart, Stan Lee and Arnold Schwarzenegger to build educational content for children.

Thomas Mykityshyn

Tom is a former Senior Managing Director, Head of Sales and Global Co-Head of Money Markets at NEX Treasury. Before joining NEX, Tom was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, focused on Structured Credit Finance and new business initiatives. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Tom was Managing Director, Head of North American Credit Sales at Calyon Securities, Inc. Before joining Calyon, Tom was Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets Sales at Toronto Dominion Securities, USA. Preceding TD, Tom was part of a team recruited to Deutsche Bank to

form the RMBS, CMBS, and ABS businesses. Before joining DB, Tom was Managing Director, Head of Taxable Fixed Income Sales- East Region for Prudential Securities, Inc. Tom has extensive knowledge of the fixed income markets.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Seton Hall University where he currently sits on the Board of the Leadership Development Advisory Council for the W. Paul Stillman School of Business.
